Walter Cole Jr.
August 10, 1956 ~ September 28, 2018 (age 62)

Walter Cole Jr, 62 passed away Friday, September 28, 2018 in Riverside County. Walter was born on August 10, 1956 in Pensacola Florida. He was the son of Queen Esther Snow and Walter Cole Sr. Walter graduated from Jefferson High School in 1974. He then moved with his family to Los Angeles, California in 1967. Shortly after, he met the woman of his dreams Ms. Brenda Jackson. They married May 10, 1980 and birthed three wonderful children together: Devonie, Tanesha, Walter D.; this union was also blessed with their other children , Rosa, Christian and Keyota Cole.

The family lived in Compton, California, relocating to Riverside County in 1990. Walter shortly established his profession at Complete Coach Work where he worked for 25 years. He had the funniest sense of humor and a very colorful vocabulary to which we had nicknames for him for example, Candie Apple, Big Walt, Barney, and the list goes on because of the many suits he proudly wore. One thing you should know about Walter is that he always wanted to look sharp! He loved to wear suits, collect hats and dice, he knew a thing or two about gambling and wanted dice on everything he owned, literally.

Walter leaves to cherish his memories with his children, grandchildren, brother, Eddie and sister’s, Annie and Love.

Expression of Gratitude

The family would like to thank the doctor’s and staff at Riverside County Medical for the incredible care provided to their father and will always be grateful. We also would like to thank you for all your support during this difficult time.

Today we honor, respect and remember a Good man who touched and enriched all our lives in so many different ways. Let me try to put everyone, including myself at ease here. He did not want this to be a sad day in our lives, he really didn’t. He told me so, a couple of times and asked me to make sure I let all of you know too.

So please, for all of us... Let’s take a moment and shift our thoughts from how much we’ll miss him, to one of your own many funny, joking, laughing, happy and comical times that you shared with him and there were many for all of us. So briefly... relieve it... enjoy it and SMILE.
