Norma Jean Collins Rogers, 86, resident of Collinsville, OK for 73 years, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019 in Collinsville. She was born in Pawhuska, OK to Benjamin and Gertie (McClure) Collins and with her 2 siblings Margaret and Robert they moved to Collinsville in 1946. She received her Cherokee Indian heritage from her father’s enrollment. She graduated from Collinsville High School in 1951. She married Harry “H.M.” Rogers in 1950.

Visitation will be noon to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The family will be present from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at the Collinsville Community Church. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery.

She is survived by 4 daughters: Terrie Farris, Patricia McCormick, Sharlotte Perez and Joyce Rogers, 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Lower and her husband Don Wasson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Rogers and a brother, Robert Collins.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
