Gadsden Man Dies In Wreck
A young Gadsden man was killed when the convertible in which he was riding overturned in Auburn on Friday. Ray Spearman Cobb, age 22, a senior at Auburn University was pronounced dead on arrival at East Alabama Medical Center. He was an outstanding Westminster Christian School athlete and Gadsden Country Club men's golf champion in 1981 and 1982. He is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Bill Cobb, Gadsden.
