There also are six grandchildren. Mrs. Blalock rests at the Warner E. Pumphrey Funeral Home, 8434 Georgia ave., Silver Spring, Md., where friends may visit after 1 p.m. Friday (parking faciltities). Service on Saturday, July 15, at 3 p.m., at the First Baptist Church of Silver Spring, Wayne ave. and Fenton st., Silver Spring, Md. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
