Phyllis was of the Baptist Faith, She retired from Federal Mogul.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her sons: James Ward and Mark Ward.
Phyllis is survived by: Her husband of 46 years, Otha Joe Franklin,
Step-daughter & husband, Teresa & Tom Talbert;
Step-son & wife, Mike & Cindy Franklin.
Grandchildren: Trevor Cates (Sandra), Tyler Cates (Maria), Jesse Ward (Heather), Melissa Franklin,
Michael Franklin, Tyler Talbert (Ambriel)
