age 49 of Wadesboro, North Carolina peacefully departed this life and joined her Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 26, 2019.

The Services to honor Avis’ life will be on Thursday, January 2, 2020, 12 o’clock noon, Smith’s Memorial Chapel (Smith’s Funeral Home), 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina.

Interment will be in Westview Memorial Park, Wadesboro, North Carolina.

A scholarship fund has been established by Avis’ sister, Sonya Rorie, for Avis’ heart and soul, the sweetest teen, Helena.
