CHRISTOPHER RANDALL LOWE, 40 years of age of North Tazewell, VA, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at his home. Born in Richlands, VA, he was the son of Scott R. Lowe of Richlands, VA, and Debbie (Oscar) Lowe of Tazewell, VA. He was a longtime resident of Tazewell County and was of the Christian faith. He was a loving son, brother and uncle and was a disabled coal miner. He enjoyed Karate, working on his truck, hunting and liked to travel.
He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Scott Fields Lowe and Leola Florence (Lockhart) Lowe; and aunt, Brenda Young.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Scott R.
