Ethel was born on July 14, 1948 in Parkersburg, WV and was the daughter of the late Charles William and Geneva Louise Clayton Ahart.
She had worked as a clerk for Heck's Department Store. She was active in Friendship Ridge Christian Fellowship Church. She enjoyed landscape oil painting and working outdoors.
Ethel is survived by her son Jason T. Blair (Carrie) of Belpre; grandchildren Adrienne, Kelsey, Dillon and Madison Blair; great-granddaughter Luca Mae Blair; sisters Jan Deem of Boaz and Sue Adams of Parkersburg; a brother Charles Ahart Jr. of Belpre.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rodney C. Blair and daughter Amanda D. Blair (191406244).
Funeral services will be 1pm Tuesday December 31, 2019 at the Leavitt Funeral Home Belpre, with Evg. Travis Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memory Gardens in Belpre. Visitation will be Monday From 6-8pm.
