FRANKS In Beatrice. Jan. 8, Albert Franks native of Nova Scotia aged 75 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Nancy M. Franks and the following children: H. K . Franks of Sacramento, Mrs. Wilson. Flagg of Haywards, H. Paul Franks of Berkeley Mrs. R C. Krupp of Seattle. Wash., Mrs. Geo. S Heney of Ferndale and J. Harold Franks of Beatrice. Funeral services will be held from the home at Beatrice Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock Rev. Crichton of the Eureka Presbyterian Church officiating.
