Jessica"Jessie" Renee Collins, 16, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2019. She was born on October 14, 2003 in Louisville, Kentucky to Kenneth and Rebecca (Womack) Collins.
"Roo" was full of fire, energetic, and full of life. She was a very loving and caring young lady who always had a beautiful smile on her face. Roo was her "own person" and would tell you how it is. She loved animals and aspired to be a Veterinarian.
She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Jimmie Womack and Kenneth Collins; Mamaw Ethel Kellison; Uncle Bob Howard; Aunt Rhonda Green.
Jessica is survived by her loving parents, Kenneth and Rebecca Collins; brother, Jimmie Scott Collins (Audri); Grammi Margaret (Jimmie) Womack; Nanny Laura Ann (Kenneth) Collins; Memaw Millie Carlisle and Papaw Jerry Kellison; uncles Lonnie (Robin) Womack and Bill Collins; aunt, Tracy Collins, cousins, Faith, Beth and Nick Skaggs; Samantha and Wesley Womack and Jacob Collins; and her fur-baby Drama.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2019 and from 11:00 am to 1 pm on Monday December 30, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at in Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
