Bishop Donald J. Gulledge, age 69 of Morristown, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at the Heritage Center.
He was a member of Landmark Church of God. He served 45 years of ministry to the Lord, preaching the Gospel.
Donald was preceded in death by his father, Weldon Gulledge; mother, Novella Gulledge; brother, Rodney Barbour.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Gulledge; daughters, Lynn Bell, Tammy (Joel) Combs, Mandi Reed; grandchildren, Matthew Bell, Bradley Bell, Lauren Bell, Cori Anne (Trenton) Chenetz, Spencer (Savannah) Cope, Whitney (Walt) Gilbert, Mireya Reed, Myla-Kay Reed; great-grandchildren, Jonathon Christian Chenetz, Harper Kate Cope, Tucker Lee Gilbert, Lilahbeth Gilbert, Pierce Gilbert; brothers and sisters, Jack Gulledge, Dennis (Thelma) Gulledge, Gail (Bob) McWilliams, Dale (Donna) Gulledge, Johnny Barbour, Michael Barbour, Steven Barbour, Larry Barbour; step-mother, Janice Gulledge; extended family, Dorothy Combs-Cobble, Kim (Jeremy) Nash, Micah and Lennox Nash; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2019 at Lakemoore Church of God. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Lakemoore Church of God with Pastor Ray Pratt officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
