Bobby Lee Edwards, 84, of Hardin, Kentucky, passed away at 10:40 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at his home.

Bobby was born in Marshall County on August 31, 1935 to the late Elbert Edwards and Della Margarett Kem Edwards. He worked as a laborer and was one of the board members for the Laborers Local 1214 located in Paducah, KY. He later worked and retired from the Baptist Association Camp in Aurora. He was a member of Olive Baptist Church. He enjoyed carpentry, gardening and loved to travel. He and his wife Emma Lou Edwards traveled and visited every National State Park.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Emma Lou Baker Edwards; one son, Michael Edwards; one daughter, Jennifer Carol Howell; three sisters, Garnela Norwood, Ruth Ann Green and Mary Hendrickson; one brother, Joe Lynn Edwards; five grandchildren, Kenneth Howell, Michael Paul Edwards, Amanda Feckley, Ashley Howell and Kandis Cornwell; and seven great-grandchildren, Hannah Howell, Bella Feckley, Miles Edwards, Gracie Howell, Lexie Cornwell, Steven Cornwell and Charli Feckley.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sue Reed.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Marshall County Memory Gardens. Bro. James Stom will be officiating.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home of Milner & Orr.
