Arlevia Scott, 90, of Dardanelle, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Dardanelle Nursing Center. The daughter of Jesse and Mae Etta (Westcott) Haston, she was born September 23, 1929 in Plainview. She was a Daycare Worker. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and attended First United Methodist Church in Dardanelle and formerly a member of the Ola United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School and was active in Vacation Bible School. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, James "Jim" Carl Scott Jr.

Survivors include her husband, J.C. Scott of Dardanelle; two granddaughters, Shelley Applegate (B.J.) of Mountain Pine; Jennifer Bonds (Mike) of Conway; four great-grandchildren, Bryce Applegate (Allison), Brooke Applegate both of Mountain Pine; Ben Bonds, Sam Bonds both of Conway; four great-great grandchildren, Lola, Colton, Legend and Emmberly Applegate all of Mountain Pine.

Graveside Service and burial will be held at 1:00PM, Monday, December 23, 2019 at Brearley Cemetery by Humphrey Funeral Service. Rev. Jim Benfer will officiate. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Dardanelle, 100 North 2nd Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834.
