Herman C. Burrow, 62, died unexpectedly Saturday evening in the family home at 1620 Sherman St.
Burrow was a lifelong resident of Sandusky, being a forman in the city park department before retiring three years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Scroggy, Sandusky ; three grandchildren ; his mother, Mrs. Catherine Fischer, Sandusky; eight sisters, Mrs. Milton Ridenour, Mrs. Virginia Gilbert, Mrs. Edith Kingseed, Mrs. Edward Reis and Mrs. Loretta Whitman, all Sandusky; Mrs. Willard Hoffman, Castalia; Mrs. Ralph Pitcher, Lexington, O. and Mrs. Harry Vigaletti, Middletown, N. J.; two brothers John and Max, both Sandusky and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Albert, in 1961.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the David Suitor Funeral Home, where funeral services are to be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. John Kromer, officiating. Burial is to be in Oakland Cemetery.

Services for Herman C. Burrow were held this morning in the Suitor Funeral Home, the Rev. John Kromer, officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Robert Wilson, Carl Bonson, Virgil Gilbert, Carl Mace and Wilbert Hoffman.
