Brian Cleveland Armstrong of Fort Worth, Texas formally of Wynne, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at the age of 63. He was born October 24, 1956 in Wynne, Arkansas to G.L. Armstrong and Pansy Tacker Robertson.

Brian was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church and enjoyed attending church whenever possible, watching football especially the Cowboys, playing basketball, and boxing with his brothers when they were children. His favorite saying was “Winners never quit and quitters never win” and tried to instill it whenever coming in contact with many. He liked eating raw potatoes while watching T.V., taking long walks, playing cards, watching westerns, and telling old stories. Brian was a quiet and caring man. If he thought it would help, he would give you the shirt off his back.

Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his father, brothers: Jerrell “Cotton”, and James “Pig” Armstrong.

Mr. Armstrong is survived by his mother “ Pansy and stepfather Henry Robertson of Wynne, Arkansas, daughter: Amanda Jamison of Fisher, Arkansas, brothers: Kenny Armstrong of Wynne, Arkansas, Curtis Armstrong of Wynne, Arkansas, stepbrother: Greg Robertson of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, sister: Michelle Henderson of Wynne, Arkansas, stepsisters: Paula Winders of Wynne, Arkansas, Kristie Tacker of California, Karen Parrish of Wynne, Arkansas, 3 grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.

He is also survived by dear and very special friends: Cindy Wright, Tony Wilson, Ms. Flora Brewer, and the staff of DRC Solutions in Fort Worth, Texas.
