JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Carol Lynn Couvillion, 34, of Jacksonville died Saturday in Jacksonville.
She was a state of Florida welfare worker and a native of Cheneyville, La.
Survivors include one son, Brandon Michael Couvillion of Jacksonville; one daughter, Karyn Ruth Couvillion of Jacksonville; one sister, Loyce Lesley of Jamestown, N.C.; her father, Carroll Hale of Pineville, La.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Hixson Bros., Pineville, La. with the Rev. James Bryan and Dr. Gail DeBord officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
