Mrs. Eva E. Vaughn age 85 of Poneto, Indiana and formally of Celina, TN passed away at her residence on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.
Mrs. Eva E. Vaughn was born in Celina, Clay Co., TN on June 7, 1934 to the late Victor E. and Vora (Thompson) Smith.
Eva made her living by working in a glass factory. Her family loved her very much and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by 1 Daughter: Betty Melton and her husband Joseph Brian; 2 Sons: Mitchell Vaughn and his wife Barbara, Jimmie Vaughn; 1 Sister: Tilda Lewis and her husband Paul better known as Wink; 13 Grandchildren, 20 great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great-Grandchildren along with a host of family and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Daughters: Linda Gail Couch, Kathy Vaughn; 1 Son: Victor Vaughn; 1 Grandson: Matthew B. Melton; 1 Brother: J.R. Smith; 4 Sisters: Ava Maynard, Ova Reagan, Lillie Burgess, Adell Reagan.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial in the Fellowship Cemetery located in the Fellowship Community of Overton County.
