AGE: 64 JACKSON
Carole Elizabeth Ward, 64, of Jackson passed away Thursday, Nov. 27 at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood.
Mrs. Ward was born in Passaic, resided in Nutley before settling in Jackson 33 years ago. Mrs. Ward worked as a visiting home health aide for five years, retiring in 1990.
Mrs. Ward was predeceased by her parents, Carl and Emma Brenn and by her daughter, Chris Anne Ward, in 1968.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen R. Ward; her sons, Glenn S. Ward, of Key West, Fla., and Ted C. Ward, of Freehold; and by her sister, Irene Brenn of State Home.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday with her funeral ceremony at 5:30 p.m. at The George S. Hassler Funeral Home, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson. A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in the memory of Carole E. Ward to Doctors Without Borders, the Nature Wildlife Association-Nature Conservancy, the ASPCA or the Humane Society, and would greatly be appreciated.
