Linda “Nanny” S. Jennings of Quapaw, OK passed from this life Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO. She was 75.

Linda was born June 29, 1944 in Hockerville, OK to Albert and Jessie (Reed) Clark. She had lived in Quapaw most of her life and had graduated from Quapaw High School Class of 1962. She had worked as a Secretary for Quapaw High School for many years and had worked at Miami Sales and was a homemaker. Linda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Quapaw, OK.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Bobby Clark and Virgil Clark and 3 sisters Juanita Kitchen, Mary Busick and Helen Stanley.

Survivors include her husband Jim Jennings of the home, 1 daughter Jo Dawn Chrz and husband Bruce of Quapaw, OK, 1 brother Jerry Clark of Rockwall, TX, 1 sister Billie Barnes of Quapaw, OK, 3 grandchildren Kyle Arnall and wife Michaela, Kalleigh Hodges and husband Michael and Kolby Chrz and wife Josie, 2 great grandchildren Kolbie Tylin Chrz and Ryder James Hodges and 1 great granddaughter on the way.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2019 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Rev. Matt Robertson will officiate. Kyle Arnall, Kolby Chrz, Michael Hodges, John Vance Jennings, Justin Jennings and Cy Thomas Boles will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday prior to services at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
