Rebecca Lee “Becky” (Saladino) Stone, 64, of South Beloit, IL, died unexpectedly Monday, July 6, 2015 at her home.
She was born February 3, 1951 in Beloit, WI the daughter of Vito and Anna Mae (Kortman) Saladino. Becky graduated from South Beloit High School in 1969. She married Robert “Bob” Stone on June 17, 1977.
Becky was employed by Krazy Curio, Cub Foods, and most recently by Elder Beerman. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Becky loved animals and enjoyed gardening. She especially loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Bob Stone; two children, Vito (Sherry Warne) Stone of South Beloit, IL, and Petrina (Manuel) Castellanos of Beloit, WI; four grandchildren, Lucille “Lucy” Ann Stone, Calista, Christian, and Cameron Castellanos; one brother; two sisters-in-law, Sandra (Glen) Strasser of South Beloit, IL, and Paula (Dave) Hundley of Rockton, IL; numerous nieces and nephews; one aunt; several cousins and one special cousin, Janet Reed & Family of Beloit, WI; and a special family friend, Rob Glen of Beloit, WI.
She was predeceased by her parents and in-laws, Robert Stone and Lucille Case.
