Daniel J. Siecker, 78 of Orange Park, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Dan was born in Chicago, IL to James and Marie Siecker. He was a member of Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Dan enlisted in the US Navy in 1961 and served 9 years as a Air Traffic Controller aboard the USS Constellation CV-64 and other commands including Rota Spain. Dan retired after 31 and ½ years of federal service as a Flight Data Technician for the FAA. He was also a member of Knights of Columbus, Involved in Suicide Prevention, Coordinator for Right to Life. He was also an adventurous thrill seeker experiencing Bungee-jumping, Hot air ballooning, Sky diving, Race Car Driver and other adventures.

He is preceded in death by his parents James and Marie (Gustafson) Siecker and one sister Rita

Dan is survived by his wife Cloudia of 25 years, his daughters Karen Harrell of Jacksonville, Terry (David) Holt of Welaka, FL, stepdaughters, Heidi (Chris) Bintzler, Holly (Eddie) Barkalow and his sister Joni Segebarth, IL. grandchildren Ben, Rachel, L.J., Josh, Beka, Jay, Nikki, great grandchildren Carmen, Della, lots of church family and friends.

Funeral mass and reception will be at Mary Queen of Heaven, January 11,2020 at 10:30 a.m. There will be a private family burial at the Jacksonville National Cemetery Jan 14, 2020.
