Carl was born in Taylor, Oct. 18,1923 and graduated from Taylor High School in 1942. He spent most of his adult life in San Antonio.
Carl was quite the celebrity in 2018. He was named the oldest living graduate of Taylor High School. He was very proud of that, and he was a true Taylor Duck.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl T. Walker Sr; his mother Eunice Lillian (Dungan) Walker; his brother, Richard Joseph Walker; and his sister-in-law, Martha Nell Walker.
Carl is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margaret Louise Walker; daughter Vicki Lynn Parker; son Ross Allan Walker; niece Jane L. Walker; and nephew Richard W. Walker. He has five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, Dec. 19, at 1 p.m. at the Taylor City Cemetery.
