DANNY CLARK BELCHER, 75 years of age of Vansant, VA, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home following an extended illness. Born in Pike County, KY, he was the son of the late Mark and Rushie Belcher. He was a longtime resident of Buchanan County and was a member of Grundy Church of Christ. Danny was a loving and generous husband to his adoring wife, Jennifer, and a doting and supportive father to his son, John. He was known for his commitment to his family and his faith in God was great. He loved going to church and Bible study classes and enjoyed discussing the scriptures with his brothers and sisters in Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1-Brother: Belveray Belcher, 1-Sister: Sylvia Belcher Blackburn and several Aunts and Uncles.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 43-years, Jennifer Belcher and precious son, John Belcher of Vansant, VA; 2-Brothers: Randall (Eva Mae) Belcher of Mt. Sterling, KY, Tommy (Bessie) Belcher of Mt. Sterling, KY; 2-Sisters: Glima Gray of Ann Arbor, MI, Joann Strickland of Nicholasville, KY.
Also, survived by several aunts and uncles.
Funeral Services for DANNY CLARK BELCHER will be conducted Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Church of Christ with Evg. Dennis Wimmer and Randy Childress officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
Friends may call at the Grundy Church of Christ Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.
