Services for Mr. Lowe will be held Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 6:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Jones Mortuary.
Grave side services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Foust Cemetery in Lake City, TN, serving as pallbearers will be Matt, Dennis, Tommy, Robert, Micheal and Donna.
