David Wayne McFadden, Sr. was born on July 8, 1953 in Hamilton, Ohio. He was the son of the late Sim McFadden and June Bowling McFadden. He is survived by three children, Amy Detherage and husband Mike, David McFadden Jr., and Becky Joseph and husband Justin all of London, Kentucky; two siblings, William McFadden of London and Robert Loyd McFadden of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Derek & Tyler Detherage, Kayley Jo McFadden, Waylon & Logan Joseph, and one great-grandchild, Kennedi Rae Detherage, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by two siblings, Peggy Thomas and Denny Ray McFadden.
David was of the Baptist Faith.
David Wayne McFadden, Sr. departed this life on Monday, December 16, 2019 being 66 years, 5 months and 8 days of age.

Pallbearers: Derek Detherage, Tyler Detherage, Waylon Joseph, Logan Joseph, David Baker, Dustin Coots, Raymond Bowling and David Cornett.
