Carol F. Norris, age 77, of Lansing, formerly of Waterloo, passed away December 3, 2019 at home of natural causes.
A Celebration of Life Service was held December 7 at Countryside Vineyard Church in Evansdale.
Carol Frances Breeden was born September 11, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN to Robert and Frances (Cobb) Breeden. She grew up in the Waterloo/Evansdale area, where she graduated from East High School.
Carol is survived by her three children, Chris (Gary) Luck of Lansing, James of Strawberry Point and Denton (Kim) of Cedar Falls; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Robert (Debbie) Breeden; and her stepfather, Duane Zummak.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Frances Breeden; and a granddaughter, Jessie.
