Dawn Stuart Brown, age 84, of Kannapolis, passed away suddenly December 15, 2019. Dawn was born in India on October 1, 1935 to the late James Stuart and Thelma Vera Stuart.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
Dawn was very involved in her church, St. Paul’s Episcopal, she volunteered at the Women’s Auxiliary with the Salvation Army, she knitted prayer shaws and gave them to many of her friends and knitted other items for her children. Dawn taught herself how to make stained glass and how to play the accordion, she traveled immensely and enjoyed cooking her favorite Indian cuisine.
Cabarrus Funeral Cremation & Cemetery of Concord is serving the Brown family.
