He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Niomi Ybarbo Flores, his children; Arthur Jr. (Terri), Edna, Bertha (Ed), Yolanda (Isaias), David (Belinda), Steven (Gina Lyn), and Roger (Eden), his daughter-in-law Yvonne, 22 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and his brother Albert and numerous nieces, nephews.

A celebration of life and funeral service held at Westover Hills Church in San Antonio.

Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
