Elizabeth R. Conklin of Port Jervis, NY, died unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident on Friday, September 27, 2019 in Sullivan County, NY. She was 43.
She was born December 20, 1975 in Dunedin, FL the daughter of the late Horace Emanuel and Sondra Goodale Nelson.
A family statement read: “She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Elizabeth was a hard working woman. She and her husband Dennis worked together in construction and were inseparable. She was a tough woman and a cancer survivor. She will be greatly missed.”
Surviving are: Her loving husband Dennis Conklin of Port Jervis, NY; 4 beloved children: Destiny, Brittney, Dennis Jr., and Stephanie Conklin ; 2 grandchildren: Aubriella Hoffman and Chase Homer; her loving mother Sondra Nelson; 3 siblings: Jennifer Kinseher, Stacy Chewning and James Turner; Sister in law: Debra Brown; 3 Brothers in Law: Donny, Steven, and Joseph Conklin; Her special uncle, Dennis DeGroat; Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her sister, Tammy Sue Emanuel and her mother-in-law, Virginia Colo.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY.
