She was born December 20, 1975 in Dunedin, FL the daughter of the late Horace Emanuel and Sondra Goodale Nelson.
A family statement read: “She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Elizabeth was a hard working woman. She and her husband Dennis worked together in construction and were inseparable. She was a tough woman and a cancer survivor. She will be greatly missed.”
Surviving are: Her loving husband Dennis Conklin of Port Jervis, NY; 4 beloved children: Destiny, Brittney, Dennis Jr., and Stephanie Conklin ; 2 grandchildren: Aubriella Hoffman and Chase Homer; her loving mother Sondra Nelson; 3 siblings: Jennifer Kinseher, Stacy Chewning and James Turner; Sister in law: Debra Brown; 3 Brothers in Law: Donny, Steven, and Joseph Conklin; Her special uncle, Dennis DeGroat; Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her sister, Tammy Sue Emanuel and her mother-in-law, Virginia Colo.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc. 100 East Main Street Port Jervis on Monday, October 7, 2019 from11am - 1pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY.
