Born November 17, 1963, in Decatur, Illinois, he was the son of the late Louis Earl and Phyllis Jean (Pedigo) Morgan.
Earl attended the Mt. Zion school district in Illinois. He later went on to work in concrete and was employed as a roofer. He was a member of the Apostolic Church of Christ in Columbus and enjoyed wheeling and dealing and riding his Harley.
He is survived by his brother, Mike (Anna) Morgan of North Vernon; sisters, Debbie (Curt) Weiler and Patricia (Joseph) Collins, both of Columbus; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Billy Louis Morgan and Bobby Joe Morgan.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation is planned with services to be held at a later date. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon were entrusted to the care of these arrangements.
