Debra A. Foster, 61, passed away at 6:44 am Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 17, 1954 in Alton, Illinois, the daughter of Norman and Annabelle (Mayberry) Weinmann and her stepmother, Kathleen Weinmann.
She married Paul E. Foster on May 7, 1994 in Meadowbrook. He survives.
Debra was a homemaker. She was a member of the Wood River VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafts, scrapbooking, civil war history and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Melissa Lievers and her significant other, Bridger Falk of Roxana, Ann Carpenter and her finance’ Matthew Cifaldi of Missouri, Duane and his wife, Cathy Lievers of Cottage Hills and Julia Foster of Warrenton, MO; seven grandchildren, Michael Lievers, Robert Carpenter, Chris Carpenter, Scot McCarty, Andrew McCarty, Sawyer Morehead and Mason Foster; one great grandson, Lucas Carpenter; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Christine Weinmann of Cottage Hills and her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, a brother, Eugene Weinmann and two sisters, Theresa Burnes and Helen Schaffino.
Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
