Patricia Michelle Neel, 49, of Princeton died Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, WV. Born September 7, 1970 in Bluefield she was the daughter of the late Billy Mann and Joan Quesenberry Mann. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Benjamin Farmer, Sr.; and one son, Benjamin Farmer, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Joseph Neel; one daughter, Jordan Stone and husband Adam of Princeton; one son, Caleb Farmer of Princeton; five grandchildren; three sisters, Tonna Smith and husband Doug of Princeton, Tina Cline and husband Michael of Newport News, VA, and Cynthia Baldwin and husband Freddie of Bluefield, WV; and one brother, Brian Mann of Arkansas. In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, her body has been cremated and there will be no services.
