Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 15, 2019, at Whites Chapel United Methodist Church, Liberty.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
V.C. was a native of Jacksonville, FL and a longtime resident of Liberty. He was a 1953 graduate of Seagrove High School and was a former supervisor at Ramtex. V.C. was a member of Whites Chapel United Methodist Church. V.C. was preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha York Bowman, parents, Rietzel and Georgia Hancock Bowman, sister, Dorothy Gray, brothers, Howard Bowman, Cecil Bowman, and Arthur Ray Bowman.
