Orville L. Watson, 31, of 1733 Fletcher St., died yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at St. John's Hospital, following an illness of several months.

Mr. Watson was a native of Anderson and had been employed the past 13 years at York New Company. He was also a member of the First E.U.B. Church, the National Guard and attended Anderson schools.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Mary E. Watson; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Watson, Anderson; a son, Chris Allen Watson, Anderson; two daughters Jenny Lynn and Gail Sue Watson, both at home; four brothers, Harold, Tom, William and Fred Watson, all of Anderson; six sisters, Mrs. Betty Swift, Valparaiso; Mrs. Jeanette Falls (mispelled, should be Faulds), Mrs. Mary Hallenback (should be Hollenback), Mrs. Norma Jackley, Mrs. Mona McFadden and Mrs. Patricia Evans, all of Anderson and several aunts and uncles.

The body was taken to the Harold E. Rozelle Funeral Home where friends may call after 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon and where funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday. Dr. H.L. Lanahan, pastor of the First E.U.B. Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The exact time of the funeral services were not announced.
