Wayne Scott Lewis, 60, of Oak Grove, Kentucky died at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Flint, Michigan he was born on October 27, 1959 the son of the late James Lewis and Vivian Short Greene of Hale, Michigan.
He was a Telephony Technician with Cornerstone Information Systems and was a retired First Sgt. Having served for 31 years in the National Guard.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife: Patricia Ann Lewis of Oak Grove, KY; his sons, Ronnie (Michelle) Farris of Clarksville, TN and Scott (Crystal) Lewis of Twinning, MI; his daughters, Carmen (Jonah) List of Oak Grove, KY and Candace (Corey) Kilcrease of Twinning, MI; his brothers, Don (Jane) Lewis of Murray, KY, James (Nora) Lewis of Westerville, OH and Dennis (Ann) Lewis of Hale, MI; his sisters, Sue (Rick) Runyan of Hale, MI and Rhonda Bell of Flint, MI; his grandchildren, Aidan Semeja, Mandi List, Austin Farris, Jacie Farris, Dawn Pauman, Nickey Lewis, Lyrik Lewis and Ada Lewis.
