Timothy Pernard Adams was born on September 4, 1968 to the late, Linda Gail Adams and Elvis Lee “Sonny Man” Adams in Trenton, Tennessee.

Anyone who knewTimmy loved him dearly. Timmy was a good guy who was always smiling and happy. Boss Hog was married at a young age to Elaine Adams. He was employed until his health declined, but he still stayed active. He enjoyed taking walks, fishing, cooking, and talking. He especially loved to cook and eat pig feet and neck-bones.

Timothy Pernard “Boss Hog” Adams departed from this earth on 7/12/2018. He was preceded in death by his mother Linda G. Adams, father, Elvis L. Adams. Grand-mother Nancy Mae Nunn, Uncles: Larry Wayne Davidson, Orlandus Powell, Gus R. Davidson, Milton R. Powell, James Johnson and Weldon Davidson.

Timmy leaves an everlasting legacy of memories for his only daughter, Shawndrea Mayfield, Brothers: Charles (Sylvia) Adams, Steven (Stephanie) Adams, Darryl Brooks and Isiodore Brooks. Sisters: Vickey M. Adams, Marian D. Adams, Yolanda R. Adams. Aunts: Vella F. Nunn, Kirldy T. Nunn, Florence Mai (Floyd) Gentry, Oprine Johnson, Sara McCrae, Carolyn Casey. Uncles: Bennie B. Nunn, Gentry (Bobbie) Davidson, James DeBerry. This also includes seventeen nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was always happy when he was around his family. Timmy “Boss Hog” was well known for his favorite line which was “Let me hold Something”.

A celebration of Timmy’s life will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018, 11:00am, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road. Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
