Harry G. Clark, 87, of McDonald, died Monday, December 2, 2019.

He was born September 26, 1932 in Midway; a son of John Robert and Hazel (Russell) Clark. Mr. Clark was a graduate of Midway High School. After serving in the United States Army he went to school and became a barber.

He, along with his late brother Bob, were the owners of Clark’s Barber Shop in McDonald for over 50 years, where he retired in 2011.

Harry was a lifelong member of the McDonald Lions Club and the Midway United Methodist Church. He loved golfing (scoring three hole in one) and going to polka dances.

One August 16, 1956, he married Donna “Doe” Clark, who died December 3, 2006.
Surviving are two daughters, Dodarie “Dodie” Deems and Barbara M. Clark, both of McDonald; a son, Harry J.R. Clark of McDonald; and a brother, James Clark of Midway. Deceased are several brothers and sisters.

At the request of the deceased all services will be private. Inurnment will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Nation Funeral Home Inc., 218 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald.
