Obituary - Rutland Daily Herald ERWIN H. RUSSELL - FAIRHAVEN, Oct. 21. - Erwin H. Russell, 82, died early today after a long illness.
Born Sept. 24, 1870, at Ira, son of Harrison and Martha (Case) Russell, he had lived in Fair Haven 45 years. He was a member of the First Baptist church.
He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ralph Huggins of Fair Haven; a son, Dewey of Whitehall, N.Y.; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Langdon of Castleton and Mrs. Sylvester Ingleston of Hydeville; two brothers, Robert of Springfield and Harrison of Hydeville; three grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Mallory Funeral home at Fair Haven. The Rev. Arthur Wentworth will conduct rites. Burial will be in Cedar Grove cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m.
