Daniel Kenneth Lawrence, 70 of Belleville, Illinois passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday December 8, 2019. Born on April 17, 1949 in Belleville, Illinois he was the son of Fred and Rosella Lawrence, nee Hamann and they precede him in death.

Daniel was also preceded in death by a daughter, Gina Christopher and a sister, Patty Preston.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Tammy of Belleville, Illinois, his grandson and his sisters: Donna (Ron) of Belleville, Illinois, Judy (Bob) also of Belleville, Illinois and Linda of Shiloh, Illinois.

Daniel proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was employed for many years as an appliance painter. In his free time, he enjoyed working on cars, fishing, building models, crafting Indian headdresses and dreamcatchers and shopping. Most of all, Daniel loved spending time with his family.

Daniel will be laid to rest with honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri on Friday December 20, 2019 at 11:00 am.
