In his 2007 survey of this cemetery, William Kittrell transcribed the following "Carson, Mamie R. (b. 3 Sep 1917 - d. Unknown), Section VV. Wife of Dossie H. Carson. Married October 28, 1932". It's worth noting that William transcribed unk for death date. Until her obit was located it was thought perhaps she remarried and was buried elsewhere. Her spouse Dossie H. Carson is buried in the same section.

This Mamie is not to be confused with another Mamie Ruth Adams who was born on 14 Jul 1918 who married a Hartley.
