On October 6, 1896, he married Miss Jessie Tubbs in Boonville.
Surviving are one son, Byrle E. Jackson, Boonville; and two grandchildren, Mrs. John Ross, Lowville, and David H. Jackson, Boonville. Rome Daily Sentinel, February 15, 1955
