She was born on November 15, 1952 in Decatur, Indiana to Dewey and Vesta (Jones) Huggins and has lived in the Alexandria area for most of her lifetime. Priscilla was a graduate of Alexandria-Monroe High School-Class of 1970. She attended Indiana Business College. She worked as an optometry technician for Dr. Greg Tipton for 15 years and then Dr. Macha for 15 years, retiring in 2017. Priscilla enjoyed her euchre card club, spending time at the lake and reading novels.

Services honoring Priscilla’s life and legacy will take place at 1 pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in the Owens Funeral Home, 412 North Harrison Street, Alexandria with Michael W. Owens officiating. Entombment will follow in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria.
