Keith Edward Wood left this life and went to his eternal home, December 5, 2019. He was born January 9, 1938 in Tipton, IN. He was a loved husband, father, and grandfather. He was a Korean War Veteran where he served in the Navy. He was a member of the Masons. Mr. Wood was an avid marksman and enjoyed playing the guitar. He was a member of Oakland Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-North. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will be in Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Justin Chaney will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Margaret Wood; two brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Dale Wood; daughter, Christina Andrews (Jimmy); son, Greg Wood (Bethany); grandchildren, Karley Andrews Lurk (Jacob), Anna Andrews, Tyson Wood, Gracey Wood, Westen Wood; brother-in-law, Charley Gressett (Valerie).
