Actor. Born Robert Hudson Walker, Jr, his father was actor Robert Walker, Sr. , his mother was actress Jennifer Jones, he followed his parent's career paths into the entertainment industry and studied at the Actors Studio. After beginning his career in television on such programs as "Route 66" and "Naked City" he made an immediate impression with his film debut playing 'Private O.A. Dennison' in the picture "The Hook" (1963) which starred Kirk Douglas. This was followed with his Golden Globe winning performance as 'Dominic' in the film "The Ceremony" (1963). He landed the title role in the TV series "Ensign Pulver" (1964) and over the course of his career, he appeared in such TV series as "Star Trek" (1966 as 'Charlie X'), "Columbo", "The Streets of San Francisco", "Cannon" and many more. Additional film credits include "The War Wagon" (1967), "Easy Rider" (1969), "Beware! of the Blob" (1972) and "The Passover Plot" (1974).
