Patsy Darlene Harris, 83, of Hutchinson, died December 2, 2019, at her residence. She was born October 13, 1936, in Lyons, to Alfred Forrest and Dorothy Beatrice (Nickel) Good.
Patsy married Leslie Carris, the father of Darlene and Marsha, and they divorced. She then married Leslie Klaassen, the father of John, Carol, and Gene, and they divorced. On January 7, 1984, Patsy married Arthur Allen Harris in Lyons. He died March 29, 1989.
She retired from HUBCO Inc. and worked as an assistant manager at Angels Among Us after her retirement. Patsy enjoyed gardening, embroidering, doing crafts, and playing games with her friends. She was a member of Workers Unite and Union Valley Bible Church, Hutchinson.
Patsy is survived by: her children, Darlene (Dean) Shank of Buhler, Marsha (Bill) Wiard of South Hutchinson, John Klaassen of Topeka, and Carol (Calvin) Prine of Topeka; grandchildren, Jessica (Harold) Owens, Justin (Amanda) Shank, Shawn Peters, Nathan (Megan) Peters, Jason Sanford, Cassie Klaassen, and Zac Klaassen; 8 great-grandchildren; and sister, Arlene Durham.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Allen Harris; son, Gene Klaassen; and great-grandson, Mason.
Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life service will be 11 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2019, at Union Valley Bible Church, 1916 E. 30th, Hutchinson, with Pastor Steve Hodgson officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
