In Memory of Otis Theodore Bell

Otis was the youngest son born to the late Willie Vernon Bell and Zula Marie Wade Bell on February 22, 1947 in Austin, Texas.

He attended Austin Public Schools through the twelfth grade at Anderson High School. He joined the Saint James Baptist Church and was baptized by the late Reverend E. M. Franklin. Otis later moved to Redwood, California and lived there for several years. He also served in the United States Army and was awarded an Honorary Discharge.

Otis served twenty-eight years in the state prison.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his wife, Lola Bell; one brother, Joe Bell of Austin, Texas; one sister, Mae Thelma Ashford of San Antonio, Texas; three daughters, Christina Williams, Lisa Hutchinson, both of Austin, and Natoya Eason of Houston, Texas, and nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

The family has selected Dr. Barry J. W. "The Shepherd" Franklin, CFSP at A Life Celebration by Franklin of Taylor, Texas to fulfill his final earthly celebration with great excellence.
