Andrew Brock Choate, of Lockwood, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, MO at the age of 26.

He was born on May 20, 1993 to Donnie Choate and Lisa (Beerly) Comer. Andrew graduated from Lockwood High School in 2011, and attended Missouri Southern State University. He was a member of Round Grove Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his grandma Bea Choate, grandpa Harlan Choate, and aunt April Harding-Hurd.

Survivors include his mother, Lisa Comer and husband Jess Comer; his father, Donnie Choate and wife Brandy Choate; two brothers, Aaron Choate and Dakota Comer; one step-sister, Mariah Harding; one sister-in-law, Emily Choate; one niece, Frances Choate; one nephew, Liam Harding-Stump; grandparents, Carl and Joyce Beerly, Rick and Brenda Harding, and Gayle and Linda Brock; a host of aunts and uncles including, Carla and Kevin Sears, Pam and Jeff Hull, Donna and Randy Oglesby, Brant Beerly, Grant Beerly and Jack Comer; and cousins, Jerad and Katy Sears, Drew and Kayla Warren, Brandon and Nichole Ogden, Jordan and Danielle Hull, and Dillan Oglesby.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Round Grove Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in the Greenwood-Kistler Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Round Grove Baptist Church.

Services are under the care of Lockwood Funeral Chapel.
