Janice Sue Howard Jordan age 76 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday December 04, 2019 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born April 07, 1943 at Craft Creek, Kentucky to the late Oscar and Pansy Carty Howard. Survivors include her husband, Albert Jordan, two daughters, Tammie Jordan and Valerie Jordan both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Akel Howard, Darrell Howard both of Salyersville, Kentucky, three sisters, Osetta Jenkins of Salyersville, Kentucky, Yvonne Lovely, Delta Bantz, both of Dayton, Kentucky.
Preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Patricia Ann Jordan, four sisters, Viola Minix Thomas, Mary Lousie Howard, Doshie Keeton, and Irene Gibson.
Janice was a homemaker and a member of the Carty Primitive Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday December 7, 2019 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with John Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Cemetery at Craft Creek Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 P.M. Friday December 6, 2019 and any time prior to funeral services on Saturday.
