He was born on October 25, 1949 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to the late Charles and Wilma Littlepage McGuire. He was united in marriage to LaWanna “Jean” Nordin on December 8, 2015 and she survives of the home.
Rick was a retired master welder. He was a former member of the Auxiliary Police of Chaffee. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his loving wife Jean of Chaffee; two stepsons, Jesse Brown and Michael Brown both of Chaffee; three daughters, Michelle Broyles and Shelly Skaarup both of Chaffee; Holly McGuire of Scott City; two stepdaughters, Christy Mott of Scott City; Jeanna Sanders of Jackson, Missouri; a brother Mark McGuire of Chaffee; a sister, Paula McGuire of Perryville, Missouri; 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren
He was preceded by a brother, Ronnie McGuire.
