Jimmy G. "Fuzzy" Allen, 72, of Moss Point, MS, passed away in his home on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Fuzzy was born on September 11, 1947, in Mobile, AL. He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1964 until 1968 during the Vietnam War.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary V. Allen, his son, Jeffery Allen, and his sisters, Sharlene Kossow and Anna Jean Sneed.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 48 years, Charlotte P. Allen; son, Jason (Ashley) Allen; daughter, Anna Marie Collins; grandchildren, Britnie (Landon) Hamm, Jason Allen Jr., Milee Wilson, Savanna Lutch, Brandi Benkowich, and Cody Duncan; and two great-grandchildren, Annalise Hamm and Benson “Benny” Hamm; life-long friend and partner-in-crime, Curtis Wayne “Flounder” Stork; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Moss Point, MS. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Alton Stokes officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Orange Grove Cemetery in Moss Point, MS.
